Dear Jolly Saint Jim.
ReplyDeleteplease sign Adam Dunn.
I think Dunn would be great but we shouldn't get our hopes up becauce the Cubs seem to have their minds made up that Dunn and Sori and the corner outfield spots would be to bad of a defensive outfield. Personally, I think Dunn's hitting makes up for everything else.
ReplyDeletewhat about ken griffy jr yes he can be injury prone, but on grass may help that. he does hit lefty and has power. still has good fielding skills.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of Griffey;
ReplyDeleteDunn in 2008- 40 HR 100 RBI .236 BA .386 OBP
Griffey in 08- 18 HR 71 RBI .249 BA, .353 OBP
So Griffey actually has a better average and on base percentage and would probably not cost as much as Dunn. Also he has better defense so the Cubs maybee should be interested. However, it's the injurys that you mentioned that will probably turn them off.
