Where Are They Now: A look at former Cubs

Did you ever wonder want happened to some members of the Cubs from the 2002-2005 seasons? Some of these guys have disappeared and you lose track of them after a few years. So I decided to make a list of guys I wanted to check up on. I did some research and put together this list:
Paul Bako- After leaving Cubs played with Dodgers (2005), Royals (2006), O's (2007), and Reds (2008). He is now a free agent who the Cubs are close to signing as back up catcher.
Damian Miller- Played with A's in '04, and the Brewer from 2005-2007. Now retired.
Randall Simon- Played with the Pirates and Rays in 2004, then played in the Nippon Pro Baseball league in '05 before returning to the big leagues in 06 with the Phils. Played in an independent league in 2008.
Michael Barrett- Padres from 2007-08. Signed minor league deal with the Blue Jays for 2009.
Matt Clement- 05-06 with Boston, Under Contract with Cardinals in 2008 and released in early August, signed minor league deal with Blue Jays for 2009.
Juan Cruz- Braves (2004), A's ('05), D'backs ('06-'08), current free agent
Moises Alou- Giants (05-06) Mets (07-08), Current FA
Mark Grudzielanek- Cardinals (2005), Royals (06-08), current FA
Hee Seop Choi- Marlins (2004), Dodgers (04-05), Korean Baseball ( 2007-present)
Alex S. Gonzalez- Expos (2004), Padres (2004), Devil Rays (2005), Phillies (2006), currently retired coaching little league and high school, would like to someday be an executive or coach.
Corey Patterson- Orioles (2006-2007), Reds (2008), signed with Washington Nationals for 2009
Shawn Estes- Rockies (2004), D'backs (2005), Padres (2006,2008), current FA
Sergio Mitre- Marlins (06-07), suspended for first 50 games of 2009 after testing positive for androstenedione in August 2008, signed minor league deal with Yankees for 2009.
Kyle Farnsworth- Tigers (2005), Braves (2005), Yankees(06-08), Tigers (08), Royals (2009)
Antonio Alfonseca- Braves (2004), Marlins (2005), Rangers (2006), Phillies (2007), retired
Mike Remlinger- Red Sox (2005), Braves (2006), retired
Neifi Perez- Tigers (2006-'07), now out of baseball
Kent Merker- Reds (04-06, 08), free agent
Glendon Rusch- Padres (2008) Rockies (2008-Present)
Jerry Hairston Jr.- Rangers (06-07), Reds (08-Present)
Jerome Williams- Nationals (2007), Golden Baseball League (2008), signed minor league deal with A's for 2009
Roberto Novoa- Orioles (2008), Giants (2008), current FA
Bobby Hill- Pirates (03-05), Padres AAA (2006), Atlantic League (2008)
Jacque Jones- Tigers (2008), Marlins (2008), current FA
Todd Walker- Padres (2006), A's (2007), retired
Wade Miller- been FA since he was released from the Cubs in 2007
Mark Prior- Padres (2008), current FA
